Our team is a mix of committed organizers, campaigners, policy experts, digital communicators, administrators and fundraisers. We're committed to recruiting and retaining creative, ethical, smart and innovative people with a sense of humor. We center racial justice in our work and seek new team members who share our values and approaches.

We offer competitive salaries and excellent benefits, including medical, vision and dental insurance; retirement benefits; health reimbursement, dependent care and commuter-expense accounts; and up-to-date IT systems that allow for flexible work locations. We think that employees do better work if they have time to enjoy life with friends and families, so we offer a total of nine weeks of paid time off each year.

People of color, women, people with disabilities, lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer, transgender, gender-nonconforming and formerly incarcerated individuals are strongly encouraged to apply.
